The Utah STEM Action Center is Utah’s leader in promotion science, technology, engineering, and math. They provide resources to parents, students, and teachers to help prioritize STEM education to develop Utah’s workforce of the future. The STEM Action Center Board uses legislative funding to oversee projects that will spark students’ imagination and creativity in STEM topics. One of the most important things the STEM Action Center does is provide grants for teachers to help them implement greater STEM learning and innovation opportunities into the classroom. By providing grants, the hope is it will broaden student impact, increase student resources, and encourage student involvement in STEM activities.
