Did you know that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website has numerous resources for elementary, middle, and high school students as well as teacher resources? Check out www.cdc.gov/stem to see the impressive number of activities, links, and resources that unleash student interest in STEM topics and equip teachers and parents with tools to further facilitate that interest. Here are a few highlights:

  • Ask a Scientist Comic Series
  • CDC Museum Disease Detective Camp
  • Public Health Academy for Teens

You will also find links to virtual events, scholarships, fellowships, and access to STEM experts. You can even submit questions to Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the CDC Director.
